On top of providing clear and precise paper plans, L&R can convert the job into most formats (DWG, DXF, PDF, etc.) and emailed directly to you.

We have over 50 years of experience in Cadastral surveys throughout NSW. From 2 lot to multi stage developments containing 100 of lots to large rural subdivisions, our Registered Land Surveyors can manage the development from pre-lodgement meetings with local Councils, preparing the Statement of Environmental Effects and Development Application preparation right through to electronic lodgement of the completed plans at the LPI through the Eplan facility for the issue of the new lot titles.
